Christmas Eve Day...
Making sugar cookies for Santa (with lots of sprinkles)
Wrapping gifts for loved ones.
Setting out a buffet for Santa (with candles so that he is sure to find his way).
Tucking our giddy little one away in his bed.
Then we quietly placed each present under the tree and shut our own eyes for a few hours.
This morning was crisp and bright.
What a beautiful greeting to such a happy day.
After the final Advent satchel was snatched from it's branch.
The afternoon of sledding followed closely by naps.
To recharge so that more fun could be had.
The festivities were rounded out with a scrumptious dinner with the ones that we hold so dear.
Lots of laughs and love.
What more could I possibly need.
I hope that you all had as wonderful a Christmas as we did.
