Blue...

Today is all about blue...

I liked how the purple turned out so much, that I got some beautiful blue...

And then I proceeded to buy out the entire sheet section of the Thrift store for a whopping $4.50.

There really isn't a sheet in the North Country that is safe if it gets in my path.
 

And now they sit folded, awaiting the torturous tearing that they will inevitably go through in the coming week.

My rug is growing.... I am in love.

I made a batch of really delicious upside down corn cake loaded with berries.....blueberries specifically.

AND lastly in the blue news... a bit ago, I received a really lovely card and picture as a thank you for a little package that I sent to Erin of BlueBirdBaby.

Do you see the photo of her jumping there... sandwiched between the card and the envelope?

I knew that I recognized it and not just from her Blog.  I leafed through the Artful Blogging edition that she was featured in and then I found IT.

I knew that I had seen it somewhere.

She's pretty darn cute, wouldn't you agree?

Any way,  Laura and I both have sick, hacking, barking, croupy boys on our hands and are going to see the doctor today at some point.  

Fun....with a capital "F".
